VCPEAB Executive Council Election will be held on July, 27
The second executive council election of Venture Capital and Private Equity Association of Bangladesh (VCPEAB) will be held on July 27. For this election for the term 2024-26, the governing board and the appeal board have already been constituted.
According to a press release on Sunday, a three-member election management board has been formed with Zara Jobin Mahbub, MP as the president of the election management board. The other members of the board are - the former senior vice-president of BASIS, Farhana A. Rahman and the board director of Dhaka Stock Exchange, Professor Dr. Abdullah Al Mahmud.
In addition, Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC Chairman Professor Dr. Hafiz Md Hasan Babu will serve to resolve any dispute arises amid conducting the election. The other members of this board are Sami Ahmed, Managing Director of Startup Bangladesh Limited and Anita Ghazi Rahman, Advocate of Bangladesh Supreme Court and Founder of Legal Circle.
